Color Coded Studio Guide
1. Recording Distribution Lines:
Press Play and tap the assigned member key (A, S, D, F, etc.) or click their photo to start recording vocal timing. Press it again or tap Spacebar to stop.
Tip: You don't need to record everyone at once! You can work member by member: rewind the track, record one member's lines, rewind again, and record the next.
2. Main Lines vs. Adlibs:
Main Line: Central lyric line. Selecting multiple members for a line lights them up together and formats the lyric with an automated multi-color gradient.
Adlib (Dedicated): Backing vocals, echoes, or secondary lines. Appears in parentheses in the dedicated upper area without covering the main lyrics.
3. Adding & Assigning Lyrics:
Import lyrics into the Lyrics Bank on the right. You can paste lines directly or copy blocks into your stage lines.
4. Exporting, Thumbnails & Recording:
Thumbnail Mode: Lights up all members at once and displays the Title & Subtitle in the center for your video cover.
16:9 Recording Mode: Clean, distraction-free stage ready for screen capture with OBS or browser capture.
Paste lyrics with bracket tags like [Name]. Blocks will be parsed and ready to copy/paste into your lines.
Recommended sources: We support line-by-line lyrics from
vockpopcclyrics and
Smule, as well as full multi-column (Han/Rom/Eng) lyrics from
colorcodedlyrics.com. Paste either format and the studio will detect and organize it automatically.
